We have conducted several strategic business plans, examples of which are:
2018
Quality Africa completed Strategic Business Plans for BSI covering the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS); the Zambian Bureau of Standards (ZABS); and for a proposed Lesotho Standards Institute.
2023
Quality Africa completed a Strategic Business Plan for UNIDO covering the Mongolian Central Leather Testing Laboratory.
2025
Quality Africa completed three Strategic Business Plans for UNIDO covering the Liberia Standards Authority (LiSA), the Liberia Agricultural Commodities Regulatory Authority (LACRA), and the National Fisheries & Aquaculture Authority (NaFAA).
